TinkerProof is a parental-control app that turns a tablet or phone into your child's home screen: it shows only the apps you allow, keeps your child out of system Settings, and caps the maximum volume of music, video and games. Data controller: Sanvaleisa LLC — contact@tinkerproof.com.
TinkerProof uses Android's accessibility service ONLY for parental control: returning to the home screen any app that isn't on the list you defined (including system Settings, app stores, the manufacturer's settings, the uninstall-app screen and the screens of the device's original home screen), closing the notification shade, capping music, video and game volume at the maximum you defined , keeping the ringtone, call, notification and alarm volumes at the level you left them with protection turned off (if someone silences the device, it goes back to sound), and enforcing the schedule and daily time limit you set (pausing playback when it's time to rest). Incoming calls, alarms, the keyboard, system dialogs, the file or photo pickers an allowed app opens to choose content, and Google sign-in inside an allowed app are excluded and never interrupted. The service is configured so it does not read screen content: it only looks at which app is in the foreground and the title of the window, and neither is stored nor transmitted.
An adult installs, configures and manages the app; the child only uses the home screen with their apps. TinkerProof shows no ads and collects no data from children (or adults). It complies with COPPA and GDPR-K by design: with no data collection there is no data to protect, sell or share.
TinkerProof is free while it is in its testing phase. When it goes on sale it will unlock with a one-time purchase billed through Google Play — you pay once, there is no subscription and nothing renews. TinkerProof will never see or store payment data: Google Play processes it under its own privacy policy.
